Eligibility criteria and application requirements

The successful candidate is expected to:

  • hold a Master of Science degree (or equivalent) in biology, chemistry, biophysics or related field obtained within four years before the call; (graduates of medical and veterinary schools will also be eligible to apply);
  • candidates must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Poland for more than 12 months in the past 3 years;
  • have strong scientific interests in bio-medical sciences;
  • be highly motivated (demonstrated via former education, additional courses completed, list of publications and conferences attended, previous scientific experience, references of the candidate's thesis tutor, letter-of-intent);
  • be fluent in English;
  • have relevant laboratory experience defined for each individual project separately

- Evaluation of applicant’s diploma thesis by the thesis tutor and thesis referee
- Copy of the university MSc diploma or equivalent
